A few changes around the house with bedding and feeding arrangements and within 2 nights I was getting a full night sleep. My pups and I are now on the right path to developing a very happy home together.

From that one session, Jack & I have been able to be on the same page with simple rules and we could never have imagined that Alfie would respond immediately after your visit.

Don't waste your time researching on the internet, reading doggie training books, or puppy school.  Ian is exactly what you need, and is worth every cent. Best money i have ever spent.

We followed Ian's advice and it was clear, concise, simple, and without all the crazy toys / treats.

Tom clearly has extensive experience training working dogs and we noticed an immediate difference in our pups behaviour in the first 30 minutes of practising his techniques.

Just some of the most simplistic tweaking was monumentally beneficial.  Since Wednesday Lola, our little Chihuahua, has been exemplary, (no wicked Chihuahua traits that can happen if not controlled).  And looking to even further advancements with Tom guiding us so selflessly.

It was like a magic show, my puppy Gigi responded to everything that Tom asked of her and he explained all of the training slowly and in detail.

After one lesson we have a new dog!  5 days later, Tash hasn't barked at any dog or person walking past nor has she been near the window.

It's a miracle!!!

We still can't believe how quickly, quietly and effortlessly Lulu's 'behavioural issues' have changed after only ONE SESSION!

I have a brand new dog.

He has not jumped on my couch or my glass door once since you came. He has not jumped up on any family member & has stopped chewing things.

After just one session with Ian and employing some basic principles which are almost laughably simple, Oscar now: - listens attentively when his name is spoken - stops undesirable behaviour when I say the magic 'ah ah' - sits on command - walks on a loose leash staying right next to me - no longer jumps on me demanding affection - stays put instead of pacing around being a nuisance - wants to please me - sleeps more and I'm no longer: - yelling - feeling frustrated - feeling anxious - at my wits end My partner is a whole lot happier too and Oscar is getting better and better with every consistent repetition of training.

Ian was amazing in training me! After just one lesson, my little 12 week old puppy now waits by the door for my command to enter, waits for my command to eat and is well on her way to being toilet trained.

While he had the basics covered, he was now old enough to understand obedience.  Ian again demonstrated how to control Mr Riggs with another set of rules for the "teenager".  The dog was so compliant, at once stage we asked Ian if he ever took his magic show to Las Vegas..... Thankfully Ian was happy to share his secrets and within 2 hours, we now have a dog who will not pull on the lead, will sit when we stop walking and will not bark in protest when tethered.

I was amazed at how positively and quickly Calvin responded to very simple techniques.  In fact….some of the instant commands that Calvin responded to left me rather amazed and when Ian left I felt enormous comfort to move forward and have had continue success with my puppy training – mindful that consistency and persistence is key!

We are so pleased that at just over 4 months of age, Astro is house trained already, he is welcome at the local coffee shop, and best of all, we know how to deal with any behavioural deviations we do not want.

We recently used Ian's services again to curb barking issues as we had moved into a new home surrounded by new sounds, birds and lots of neighboring dogs.  One visit was all it took.  A contented bark free environment and very happy owners!

From the moment Ian arrived any scepticism was waylayed. He had our puppy sitting quietly in his little pen, litterally within minutes. He was able to explain very clearly how to correct any dominance issues and to set our puppy up to be a very well behaved dog in the future, all the while being very entertaining.

We cannot thank Ian enough, as he taught us the skills necessary to train and manage our dog and would recommend him to anyone considering the addition of a dog of any size into their family.

We called Ian, and within one visit we were back on track again.  What we soon realised was that it was more about training us than training the dog.

Ian made the whole process so easy, I am now a "dog person" and our gorgeous puppy was so well trained from the time he came home. He is now the "fifth & most obedient child" in our family.
